You can create search reports for individual search steps or for the entire search session. Different sessions can be saved and opened when required.

Result lists, selected patents or specific members of a patent family can be exported to Word or Excel. The exported data can also be viewed by colleagues who are not using the Invention Navigator by clicking a link to the Invention Navigator's web interface.

It is also possible to export comments and evaluations.
