SIP assigns a Superadmin account to some person in your company. The Superadmin is entitled to administrate the Knowledge Network. He is entitled to assign rights to specific users / user groups. The administration of the Knowledge Network is performed with the free tool "Invention Navigator Administration".

In the area My Folder, users have all rights and are able to create their own folder structure.

Folder structures and content are saved every 4 hours by SIP and can be recovered from the backup after accidental deletion.
