What is the Knowledge Network used for ?
The Knowledge Network is used for the cooperation between different users (with the same or different rights) in different departments (e.g. R&D departments, patent department) at different locations. In addition to this, the Knowledge Network is used for the automation of specific workflows. Active folders in the Knowledge Network are used to set up monitoring profiles (SDIs, Alerts) or monitoring of legal status .
Specific rights on specific folders (read, write, etc.) can be assigned within a Knowledge Network.
