The SIP Standard defines an automatic grouping of applicant names. By using defined algorithms and family relations, different spellings of company names and changes in company names are combined. This simplifies the search significantly and applicants with spelling errors or retranslations from Asian characters are found. As this automatic applicant grouping does not cover 100%, you can refine your results by means of a manual grouping which can be saved and shared with other members of your Knowledge Network. New spellings within the SIP Standard are automatically added. Grouping improves your monitoring and simplifies the search for applicant names.
